Could be taking it too far but there's no denying the beauty of engineering. It also means those incredible little cars have value for the future which has to be good, the drive must be totally immersive which is not far from how I remember ones that I owned. It is stunning

I've acquired another statistic this week, went to the car on Tuesday to find the catalytic converter had been stolen. The financial cost is difficult enough but the inconvenience caused by not having transport is immeasurable, I hope the scum that took it get dealt a with.

I can't understand how petrol prices are so high, as a country we get very little oil from Russia so looking at the Opec price crude is high but not the highest its been. What is acting on our market to push retail so high?

Day 3, Cop26. A fleet of Mercedes (petrol & diesel, not electric, we checked) ferries delegates from city centre hotels. At just one hotel we counted 60 cars waiting. The journey can be accomplished in 15 mins by electric bus or train or 20 mins on foot. But cows are the problem.
