@Se_Railway not enough seats (carriages) on the 1507 from St Pancras to Ramsgate. Common, it’s Saturday, provide more carriages so those who use it don’t have to stand. Tourists on it not impressed .

Hi @TUIUK , yet again a delay due to the plane coming from Manchester to pick up at Gatwick. Now 2 hour delay coming back, with 1 hour delay going to PUJ. Need to sort this as seems common.

Hi @Tesco . Why have a bureau de change in a store when you can’t order foreign currency to be collected there and have to go to another store in another town. Poor Customer journey. Lost custom.
