@paytmmallcare @Paytmcare Why should I go for service for a brand new product. It is your duty to check the product before shipping whether it is in working condition or not. So, you state Not working device is not a Defective Product right? PLEASE REPLY HERE!

@paytmmallcare I wanted REFUND, but you ask me to contact Service Center for a brand new product which came out of the box in Non-Working Condition (i.e., Defective), you thing I paid for this and I wanted to go around them! You take your product back & issue REFUND!

@Paytmcare Very Poor Customer Support, from the morning I'm trying to Contact via Phone, Messages, e-mails & Twitter I didn't get any response for my issue. You guys made me feel why I have bought product from such a scam shopping site(Paytm) I'm totally depressed!
