@thom1020 It really was. They earned that Oscar. For someone like me that was a toddler when it happened got full view of it. It gave a great perspective from everyone that encountered with OJ. I kinda wish Darden participated but we know why
@bezy_bby It gives you a good perspective as to why the verdict turned out the way it did…
@thom1020 Yes it did. I fully understood it. Honestly Darden was not the right fit for the prosecution. He was clearly there for a face & inexperienced showed it. Carl Douglas just did an interview with Stephen A Smith & he said Darden was talking shit since Day 1 of the trial.
@bezy_bby I went back and listened to a Dateline episode when they interviewed Marcia Clark. She said once they moved the trial to where it favored the defense, she knew the chances for a conviction weren’t in her favor. And no, Darden definitely wasn’t the right guy.
@HHamilton_MBA @thom1020 It was, however the defense team strategically planned it to convince Darden to make OJ try that glove on. Douglas explained during a lunch break w./ security there to observe the glove. Cochran compared his hand to OJ for a measurement.
@HHamilton_MBA @thom1020 Yep. Rookie mistake for Darden. It also didn’t help that LAPD tampered with evidence & Furman lying under oath about using racial slurs.
@HHamilton_MBA @thom1020 And the fact that a black man was able to do all of what you just said is what pissed off white folks. Let alone Rodney King’s beating also played a factor too
