@HIMBYbusiness @criticalurban Exercise is good; but no one form of exercise is right—or even feasible—for everyone. For some, getting around by bike is the ideal exercise. For others, it’s NOT ideal—and may even be contraindicated. For some, swimming, weightlifting, floor exercises, etc. may be the ideal.
