@HMRCgovuk Shouldn’t there be some form of regulation over such companies by HMRC? The Loan Charge springs to mind where thousands were caught out by these unscrupulous companies?

@HMRCgovuk Having been on both sides of the tax fence I’m no fan of these types of companies but they usually take their fee out of the rebate. Are you saying you don’t check the validity of the claim before repaying?
