Calling for Muslims to unite—does that not imply promoting communalism? If one is a good Muslim (a true believer in God), unity should be fostered among the people of their own country or the world at large.

To be Indian, one must identify with a state, like Bihari in Bihar or Assamese in Assam etc. Identifying only as Muslim doesn't confirm Indian identity. We can take pride in being Assamese or Indian, but not solely in being Muslim.

Sadou Asom Goria-Moria-Deshi Jatiya Parishad condemn the attack on Police personals at Naoboisa in Assam yesterday. Police should take strict action against those criminals who were involved in breaking lock down and attacked the Police personals injuring three of them.
