@qrsupport We did request 24hrs prior to the flight, I have never flown with you before and am disappointed how we have been treated prior to the flight from customer service etc. This as a birthday treat and has become a stressful trip as now we are having to organising buy food etc.

I'm gluten free and I was told on the phone you don't do a gluten free vegetarian option. All you do is gluten free meat option. Like what? @qatarairways @qrsupport what am I suppose to eat? I need to buy my own food for a 17hrs flight #awful #surprised@qatar #bookedyouoverBA

@UPSHelp, this is getting ridiculous now that I've been trying to call your centre in India for the past week and still no answer.
