@KLMUK_Cares__ still awaiting a reply to the compensation request made on the 3rd Nov. My colleague got a reply within 24hrs. Not a great way to treat flying blue members really.

@KLMUK_Cares__ Wondering why my compensation claim for a cancelled flight is yet to be processed after almost four weeks when my colleague's was approved the next day. Any ideas? Tried requesting an update and no response. Also tried a pm without response.

@parcelforce Great to see the answer was we can just play chap door run and it's fine. Poor use of time and diesel to make a second trip when people are in. And likely to happen again!

@parcelforce what is the point in having a doorbell that connects to my office when your driver won't use it! This almost 2hr after the window I was given for delivery. Now I need to wait for a redelivery on Monday thanks a lot!

@curryspcworld over an hour on the phone to try and get a laptop that was returned almost 2 months ago and then can't be shipped next day. Tried to make a complaint and get cut off! Brilliant service well done!

Wouldn't be so bad if it was for me but it's for an elderly relative so they can webchat with their doctor!

@curryspcworld really disappointed to get an email the day after my return was due back in stock saying its been further delayed. This is meaning a return action on the 2nd Dec still hasn't been dealt with. Really wish I had ordered from someone else now!

@NicolaSturgeon is the restriction on travelling from one tier 3 zone to another "advice"? Being told it is by a accommodation provider who is refusing to give a refund. This is in disagreement with the info on scot.Gov thanks!

@montyoum My daughter is a huge RWBY fan and it's her birthday coming up. Is there any chance you could send a birthday greeting for her? Thanks.

@ACHelpTeam still waiting on a call back from a manager who was dealing with a customer almost an hour ago to get out of pocket expenses refunded after you increased the agreed price of a car I had paid the deposit on! Can you help?
