I've just launched a product without a waitlist for the first time: So, summary of the launch date: NOTHING HAPPENS, absolutely nothing AND now the real part of the build begins. Finding the right people and getting feedback! Idk, why I didn't do a waitlist.. Was it a mistake?
Hardest part of the product launch: listening to people rip your product apart while sorting out what is actually useful as feedback ;) Iteration is the key but gotta filter things out properly.
Promotion beats perfection. You can tweak the product forever, but you only get real answers from users once it’s out there. Every shout, post, or DM is data.
