US strike on March 4 hit Iran's new Soleimani-class catamaran corvette Shahid Sayyad Shirazi (IRGC Navy) near Qeshm Island with a glide bomb, starting a fire. The ship was damaged/sunk as part of ops that disabled 20+ Iranian vessels. Post claims the hit caused an unintended anti-ship missile launch from onboard systems with no crew input or reported harm. Video shows impacts and smoke but no confirmed launch.
