@MadsFloe Words an Swords is a spelling game which I am trying to make for dyslectic boys.

@MadsFloe In Spokes you are a track cycler trying to be the first to finish three rounds. You do this by switching a stick from your rearwheel with one on the track and than travel on that color.

@Nick__Bentley Also you can try to make a game that is almost always close. Bingo is a great example of this. It is almost imposbile not to be one number short from winning in that game.

@Nick__Bentley Take that is also a way to balance things. I played risk with a mix of stratigic and casual gamers and because we gamers tried to fight against the stratigic gamers the casual gamer would sometimes win.

@peterchayward - Pawns, I don't use meeples, but pawns can represent the plagerig or be on a track. - Sticks, Catans roads is a great prototype material

@Nick__Bentley Race for the galaxy. I played it a lot on board game arena. I love that it is fast simple and quite variable. Sometimes you are unlucky with the card that you are dealled, but then you can just play another game again.

@eric_lang I am working on spokes. A game about track cycling where you change one of the sticks on the board with one off the next three spokes on your left wheel. You travel as far as you can on that color.

@erik_a_sunden I'm working on spokes a race game about track cycling, where one of your wheels is a rondel. Every turn you use one of the next 3 spokes to change the board and travel on that color.

@gengelstein @rmgreenley I think that this principe is why battle royale is such a popular genre. You spend more time winning than losing. You lose in the last minute and just start another game. Unfortunately in boardgaming you have wait before beginning the next game.
