@JumiaNGHelp Thank you, the item has been picked today and money refunded to my wallet. How do I withdraw from my wallet? There’s no option for that on the app

@JumiaNigeria @Jumia_Group you’re a scheming bunch. I’ve initiated a return since day 1 - last Friday. No one has been sent yet. I hope you aren’t planning to tell me it’s over 4 business days? #JumiaIsAScam

@JumiaNGHelp you should check your DMs instead of using automated crm tools to placate customers, we have solid complaints #JumiaNGHelp

@JumiaNGHelp I’ve sent you a DM hours ago, you haven’t replied. I’m sure that response was an automated ploy for you to seem helpful. #JumiaNGHelps #JumiaNigeria

@Jumia_Group @JumiaNigeria you should inspect items from your sellers before they list them. My package with order number 331138*** are fakes. I want a refund, come and pick up for replicas. #JumiaNigeria #Jumia_Group

@JumiaNigeria @Jumia_Group I just received my order. Apparently you don’t inspect items from sellers. Shoes were advertised as leather but have creases. I’ll like to return then immediately, it’s barely 20 mins since receipt. #JumiaNigeria
