GTM is not just cold emailing. 🤦♂️ Cold outreach is one of many channels to go to market. Let it sink in.
@makemytrip It was never just about refunds. I have been fighting to put my points across and get my money back for 4 days. 2k - 3k INR doesn’t mean anything to me. My time worth way more than that. And I’m NOT looking for any monetary compensation but answer. - Why your agents didn’t call me back when promised to do ? My brother (Guest) was stuck at railway station late evening for hours. - Why your investigating team kept of failing and was able to release money to scammer? Why none of couldn’t recognise fake chat screenshot submitted by scammer (host) ? Is is not lack skills and professionalism? - And despite of all the, the hotel listing is still up and not taken down ? WHY? tomorrow he will scam another person. - Why should I trust @makemytrip ? Why I should not cancel my gold membership? Cc: @deepkalra
@makemytrip is biggest scam in hotel industry. I’m stuck at station with family late night. Hotel has denied check in and threatening. I talked to 7 MMT customer care executives and they are highly unskilled and pathetic. They deliberately put phone on hold/mute for hours.
@makemytrip @deepkalra please check it
@makemytrip @Rajesh_Magow please be involved. This is pure lack of skill. A seriel scammer has fooled whole your MMT team. Check post for context
Also, @makemytrip I’m so surprised you couldn’t even recognise a fake mockup. In his screenshot the word “checked” is highlighted in yellow. Which is not possible to do. What’s have no such feature. How did you miss that? STOP BEING PARTIAL. YOUR INVESTIGATION IS JOKE. IT’S LACK OF SKILLS.
@makemytrip Also can I ask what’s the status of CCTV recording I had asked ? @makemytrip
@makemytrip <> He had shown the chat took place between 2:29 PM to 2:44 PM. We were in train at that time. Attached is the ticket with PNR - verify it. We reached the station at around 4:00 PM. So how guest could check in ?
Wao - very good point. We’re getting closer to the resolution. This WhatsApp screenshot is an edited mockup. I’m giving it in written that this chat never happened. Here’s the next step: Ask him to screen record and show the chat in the app. Or record with a secondary phone. If he can do any of these I’ll close this case on my end. Recording should be clear and phone number should be visible. And I’ll Pay 10x my booking amount and will publicly apologise with recorded video showing my face here on X. I can confirm this chat has never happened. OMMGG this guy is a scammer. What he could not understand who he is he messing up with. (Again - i have attached the chat with him. This is the only chat between guest and host)
@fivosaresti Hermes - hands down. Claude is 2nd best
@atishayhyperke @bot which one is winner and on what parameters?
@i7solar What about remote job? Dm me if possible
@consumerforum_ Here’s the guest train ticket.
After that guest had to take a hotel nearby railway station when we figured out it’s a scam. Attached is the payment we sent to hotel. As you can see the payment time is 6:24 PM. Train arrived at around 4 after that for 2.5 hours we kept on trying to to check-in and called MMT multiple times. Nobody was competent enough to help and that’s most disappointed part
@consumerforum_ @makemytrip as you can see the guest have arrived around 4:00 PM evening time. After that we kept on contacting property owner to send us location. But he blocked us. And never sent a location
