If I had to choose, I think I might have to say that 1994 is my personal favorite year in video game history. So many amazing releases that year. Also, the fact that these are all over three decades old now makes me feel ancient.

While I agree that $40 is WAY too much for Nintendo to charge for the Super Mario Galaxy games separately and they’re being greedy, it shouldn’t be surprising considering earlier this year they released a Wii game that barely looks any better (and in some cases WORSE) for $60.

This is probably just me being WAY too optimistic, but maybe the reason there was no Mario Kart DLC in the Direct was because they’re working on a really big update that’s going to take time. Like, adding all kinds of stuff to the open world to make it fun and worth exploring.

N64 Mario Tennis deserves more recognition. It introduced Waluigi, but more importantly it’s the reason that Daisy is a relevant character. It’s weird to think about now, but Daisy was a lost forgotten Mario character throughout the ‘90s until her reintroduction in this game.
