I understand this sentiment, but I also understand people have busy lives, and just cant afford to do certain things like backgrounds. Im not usually a fan of AI when it comes to art, but the characters are truly animated and drawn, the backgrounds are something people dont really think about unless its pointed as the main focus of a scene, THEN yeah, make it yourself, no AI. And for actual animation studios, yeah never use AI. But a solo animation made by one person, where the characters they actually DID animate, I can forgive AI backgrounds.

I would agree with you, me and my gf were friend that fell in love, and I would agree not to throw shame to the lonely people who crave love, except reading all these different responses of the original tweet, they are borderline insane and should be promptly made fun of.
