as a #blogger I often find its either; 'awesome idea to write about' or 'nothing' ...for days on end. hate the nothing.
self grooming often takes a backseat when you're a #carer.. far more important things to be doing, even if that's relaxing inbetween chores

Wife finally ordered a motor wheelchair. Now she's got wheels she'll be able to pull anyone... always knew she would leave me #jealous 😅
Does grate on me that I look at youngsters these days and think 'where did the time go?' Make your younger years count! #nostalgic
All for giving to #charity but still a shock when you forget your 4 y.o had a £2 coin and has just put it in the @McDonalds 's charity box.
Forgot about that.. #lowbloodsugar ... can always feel it coming on a mile off...
Thing about #depression is if you can break the cycle and get out on a nice day.. it does lift you up. Even if it's by yourself.
