Looking at these analytics, youtube has shown your thumbnail about 22,800 times, but your CTR is just 1.4%. so this means, only a small percentage of those impressions are turning into views. Now, the first thing that comes to mind is the thumbnail, you could say it's not attention grabbing enough, or it isn't creating enough curiosity to make people click. However, i wouldn't conclude that the thumbnail is the problem just by looking at this. Remember, your title and thumbnail work together, you might have a good thumbnail, but if the title doesn't give people a reason to click, the combination might still struggle. It could also be that the video is being shown to an audience that isn't interested in that particular topic you worked on. This is why i'd check the traffic sources and look at how the title and thumbnail work together before deciding what needs to change. Also, you need to understand that, 22.8K impressions don't automatically mean the topic is good, it means YouTube has shown the thumbnail that many times. The goal isn't just to get impressions, it's to give the right viewers a reason to click. I believe you know what to do now. Good Luck.
