@BandQ_help @BandQ Here we are almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. @BandQ 's disgusting partner Touch Global collected their items 5 days ago and are now telling me part of the order is missing, so once again more stress to deal with and still no help at all from @BandQ_help

Do not buy furniture from ‘verified sellers’ @BandQ They take your money then fail to contact you regarding delivery, you even though it’s been a month…@BandQ_help customer service unable to even contact them verbally! 😤

@BandQ It is now nearly December and still we wait to hear substantively from customer service about replacing a wardrobe door. We first raised the issue in April. We’ve been going round and round in circles. There is no management. It’s a joke. Do not buy from B & Q …

@Fat_Jacques @Heeehooooo @LukeDyks @BandQ B&Q is awful!! You used to assume as B&Q were selling it, it was fairly decent quality. Not any more. And people will say, “they’re not selling”, well it’s in their website so they ARE selling it, for someone else!
