How about this! Make @Rogers and @RogersHelps commit to protecting their customers from over billing with “Data Overage” for Data they had no idea they were using it they used it at all. Commitment to customer protection should be more important than shameless profit.

#Canadians #BUYERBEWARE @Rogers @RogersHelp are charging extremely high rates for “Data Overage”. Review your bills closely and make sure if this charge is on your bill you call and ask why @Rogers did not protect you as a valued customer from even $1 of services you didn’t want

@RogersHelps @HelpfulMikeWpg I admire @RogersHelps balls for joining the convo, but I used to be a Rogers customer. They love to charge extremely high rates for Data Overage and never once was I advised how to lower my usage. I went to @TELUS problem of Overage hasn’t happened once. #RogersScrewsCanadians
