@MovistarCo @FabianHdezR Cuiden y atiendan a sus clientes, mejoren ese servicio al cliente. cuiden de los que les pagan mes tras mes. Hagan un trabajo adonde la solucion del cliente no es tener que reportarlos con super intendencia para que hagan algo.

@FabianHdezR 8 llamadas, 1 visita a centro de experencia, 2 chats abiertos. Todos dieron informacion diferente, promesas falsas, e informacion erronia. va una semana sin internet en casa, sin poder trabajar, mas de 6 horas en telefono buscando solucion, 2 horas en persona. no cumplen

@MovistarCo @FabianHdezR Tienen una piramide de servicio al cliente que asegura que nadie se haga responsable, y que el cliente se aguante o se vaya a otra compania. no tienen concepto de fidelizacion al cliente.
