@Hertz Don't rent from these scammers!. I booked a rental for my 20 yr old, after his grandfather had a medical issue. My $690 rental ended up being over $1200. They added extra fees at the rental desk. This was a bait and switch on an unsuspecting elderly man and his young grandson.
@Hertz Stay away from hertz. They will make up random charges, lie about fees and have zero accountability. Literally, the worst of the worst.
@Hertz Don’t be like Stephen Scherr. And push EV’s on people.
@Hertz That’s all very well as an ad, but the reality is sadly different. I’ve had bad service from Hertz to an inquiry about Gold Plus and can’t find a UK phone number to speak to them. Please will someone there reply and ideally send me a DM.
@Hertz Never renting from Hertz again. Prepaid for a vehicle at Orange County airport for $530 in January. Got home and realized they had charged an additional $500 on my credit card. Said it was for insurance that I clearly declined at the desk but the guy apparently added it anyways.
@Hertz I rantal a car use my company's rate, but when I took the car, it hadn't use the rate. How could I change the rate? Or return the car early?
@Hertz How about those EVs. They suck. Your liberal leader found that out.
