"you can't tempo layups" but u can tho. remember, rhythm shooting is measured by how "fast or slow" u shot the ball. That same mechanic & logic can be applied to how fast/slow u shot a hook, performed a layup or dunk attempt.

but Choc, the rhythm shooting users are praising this flawed mechanic because it hasn't expanded to other scoring aspects of the game. they're gonna tell u shooting w/tempo is fun until a post scorer shares the same mechanic; tempo greening post hooks with bad timing #NBA2K26
