Cooking up the best low fat, low sugar food you ever ate was without using up a lot of money or time.

March has only been around for six days and already it has worn out its welcome as far as I am concerned.

Post about starting a sourdough from organic grapes. Started Sunday. Today I have a healthy, bouncing baby starter. Now What!!!
Today it was simple. Whole and unbleached with ground flax and some spelt. Made rolls to go with the soup from last night. Cheese on top.
I make bread almost everyday. Now that I am baking for a couple of other people it is almost a given. Watch for my Bread de Jour.
