Ordered paneerpizza & patty via @zomato, clearly mentioned no onion in instructions as we don’t eat it. Yet the order was delivered with onion. 😞 Tried seeking help in app but no option to connect with support. Why give an option for instructions if they’re ignored? @zomatocare

@Uber_Support booked a cab in heavy rain but the driver had low fuel, waited at CNG pump, took long route & the car broke down midway. I had to push the vehicle in rain, got fully drenched & still got charged ₹220 for an incomplete ride! No refund yet. Please resolve & refund.

Once again as usual @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank has not been able to do the points calculation on credit card spend correctly. Same thing happened last month and was assured it will get fixed this month but instead of fixing it now have new incorrect points. EPM card is of no use

@_countrydelight @MilkCountry very poor quality items are delivered and no resolution is given. Worst service from this company. They do not do any quality checks before delivery. Some time rotten vegetables and now poor quality very sour coconut water. #MHA #poorquality
