For all the hockey players out there, I heard something the other day that really resonated: If you want to be great - choose your hard. You can choose the “hard” of discipline - doing things the right way every single day. You're building habits and outworking your competition on a consistent daily basis. Or you can choose the “hard” of regret - not putting everything that you have into your goals and dreams. You’re going through the motions rather than being the best version of you every single day. At the end of the day, choose your hard. You can choose the hard of consistency and discipline, or you can choose the hard of regret. Choose wisely.
