@LucyandYak I’m really not happy with your exchange process currently in place - my exchange order was not fulfilled without explanation and the item is now out of stock, despite actioning as soon as it was in stock. Really disappointed.

@simonccopeman @British_Airways Hey Simon, same boat here, totally shambolic - I managed to get through on the baggage phone line not long ago after repeating “speak to agent” like five times (don’t bother with anything else), someone was able to manually create my report which is a start - 03444930785.

@flanigan_r @HeathrowAirport @British_Airways Quick update, I managed to get through on the phone line quite quickly after repeating “speak to agent” like five times (don’t waste you’re time with anything else), someone was able to manually create my baggage report - try them on 03444930785.

@flanigan_r @HeathrowAirport @British_Airways Absolutely nothing, it looks like it’s in total shambles. We got the form to fill out the missing baggage but the website crashes at the end (others also struggling). Chat bot useless and can’t get through on phone. Not sure what to do! There must be thousands of cases stranded.

What on earth is going on @HeathrowAirport @British_Airways - everyone at T5 baggage claim has been abandoned, insane number of delayed flights, no luggage handlers and at 1am everyone told to abandon their luggage with no info. No staff around, collapsed system, carnage!!!

@gazorm @benjaminjofuso @British_Airways Please be careful, you’re replying to a spam bot. Twitter / X is riddled, these are not genuine BA staff and are trying to scam you.

@British_Airways your lack of communication and support is utterly appalling!!! You’ve made thousands of people abandon their luggage and the site to retrieve it isn’t working. Nobody around to deal with this mess you’ve created, so please tell me how to plan to solve?

@flanigan_r @HeathrowAirport @British_Airways Absolutely diabolical support from @British_Airways, we would have been better off with a Ryanair and that’s saying a lot. I think they keep cancelling flights and there must have been a ton of red eye arrivals today, so god knows what state the baggage is in.

@British_Airways We’re being forced to fill out a form to locate our baggage that wasn’t offloaded tonight at T5 but the site is crashing at the last crucial step. Tried on phone and computer, same result. How are we going to receive our luggage if the form is broken?

@AmexUK @BFI The LFF website keeps saying the Amex promo code for this year isn’t valid? I tested it last week and it was working fine, now suddenly it’s not!
