In an era where average players cost €100m, Barcelona keep producing elite talent from their own academy. Xavi, Iniesta, Messi and Busquets came before them. Now a new generation is emerging, with Hansi Flick leading the way. You can hate Barcelona all you want, but La Masia is a generational blessing.
