@OverlandAirways Your policy clearly states 14days for refund. It's been over 40days. Please refund my money.

@OverlandAirways it is rather appalling that we're back right where we started almost 3years ago. Please I would like a refund of my money for the cancelled flight of IBA - ABV on 31st July 2026. I filled and mailed back the required forms and it's been over a month, yet nothing.

@garycooper90 @OverlandAirways Thank you for reaching out Gary. No, I have not been refunded. They requested I send the PNR via DM earlier today & I did so but surprisingly, they've been mute since. No acknowledgement, no follow up message, nothing. It's really appalling.

Your message requested that I either reschedule or request a refund. I rescheduled after the first cancellation, but that one was also cancelled. Forced my hand to book with another airline and I requested a refund since September 13. Yet, I'm yet to be refunded @OverlandAirways

@myaccessbank @access_more I really don't understand what is going on with Nigerian banks especially @myaccessbank . How can my #74,088 still be hanging? Since September 13th? These are the issues. @myaccessbank please do the needful. T for thanks.

How can a declined POS transaction now turn into a silly fiasco where both vendor and bank are sending me on a wild goose chase? @myaccessbank @access_more please refund my #74,088. I am tired.
