What’s in your daily vitamin cabinet? It better have Vitamin C in in front and center. But you should probably be taking more than you think. Countless studies have shown that vitamin C has cancer fighting benefits. I recommend 2-3000mg/day every day. Compound benefits.

Tea is an important part of natural health. If your physical, mental, or emotional health isn’t where you want it to be try replacing your coffee with tea. That change alone can have profound effects. Next step would be going to green tea. Natural health for all. 🙏🙏

Tea has a meditative quality. Feeling the warmth of the cup in your hands. Smelling and feeling the rich spicy steam from the cup as you bring it towards you. Tasting the complex concoction as you take a sip. Feeling of warmth that spreads through your body. Deep breath.
