Sorry @makarand_s but the group working on your questions came back with essay length answers which would take a lot of tweets!
There were some probing questions from @makarand_s about theories and ideas of change - and whose ideas counted.
Response: we agree and want to strengthen local acctability systems. But reporting upwards of some kind unavoidable. Q is how to manage it.
Another question: What if we better assessed and utilized local problem-solving mechanisms as accountability rather than upward “reporting”?
Response: through transparency & through political pressure, empowering/informing communities of their rights (so they can demand them).
