On Dec 17, the channel was terminated entirely, with no additional strikes and no opportunity to remediate. This appears inconsistent with YouTube’s graduated enforcement process. Our channel is a news and commentary podcast focused on public figures. Enforcement on a specific segment may have been warranted, but escalation from a warning directly to termination skipped the standard steps outlined in policy. The channel had over 800 paying members and provided income for the hosts, whose families are directly affected by this action.
