@OlgaPatl in this time of year 🇳🇱

That wasn’t a presentation. That was proof. Bravo.

❗️Early this morning, russian forces struck an ambulance with an FPV drone as it was driving along a road in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast. Two medics were killed, and another sustained multiple injuries.

Another Russian Shahed drone strike on a passenger train. This time near Sumy. If this happened anywhere else in the world, it would be breaking news. So why isn’t it?

NEW: Russian forces have deported Ukrainian civilians from Sumy Oblast border settlements to Russia in at least two separate incidents since late December 2025. Other Key Takeaways: The United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine has determined that Russia’s deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian children amount to crimes against humanity. The Mariupol occupation administration sent fourteen Ukrainian families to Vladimir Oblast for “psychological and social rehabilitation.” Russian government authorities are pursuing initiatives aimed at incentivizing Russian veterans of the war in Ukraine to resettle in occupied areas by offering up plots of land. The Kremlin has officially made the simplified procedure for Russian passportization in occupied Ukraine permanent. Russia’s majority state-owned banks Sberbank and VTB are consolidating their control over financial services in occupied Ukraine as a means of increasing dependencies on the Russian banking system. Russian satellite broadcaster “Russkiy Mir” and other Russian TV channels suffered a satellite failure which disrupted TV service in occupied Ukraine.

Around this time of year, I always remember this picture of the Kharkiv railway station four years ago and the people desperately trying to evacuate. It was the first few weeks of the Russian full-scale invasion. Our air defense wasn't properly established yet, and Russian bombers were free to drop air bombs. Oh, how can I describe to you, my dear reader from a peaceful country, what it is like to be targeted by airbombs on top of artillery and missiles? The sound is deafening; the destruction is massive. Every time you hear a fighter jet flying low, you freeze in fear like a deer in the headlights, not knowing where it will drop its deadly cargo. And there is a lot of bombs. I remember staying in my parents' basement, too afraid to leave. I recall thinking I needed sleep to keep from losing my mind, but the explosions just wouldn't stop. After one particularly loud night, my cousin called and said, "My district of Kharkiv no longer exists." The district still stood, but it had been so heavily damaged by bombs in a single night that it was unrecognizable. A few hours after our conversation, this picture surfaced. It wasn't my cousin overreacting; it was russia genuinely trying to raze Kharkiv to the ground. This is what drove those people to flood the train station. Russia would have proceeded and succeeded, had their bombers not started dropping like flies over Ukrainian cities. When Russian propaganda tells you they are being "gentle" and that the war is taking a long time because they do not want to cause destruction, remember this picture. they would have destroyed us, if they could.

@berdynskykh_k Stay strong💪 🇺🇦, now the Russians try to get the Donbas via Trump. They didn't succeed since 2014 . . . Keep safe and healthy! Stand with Ukraine 🇺🇦 🇳🇱

@berdynskykh_k It is actually horrible to like these kind of images. Horrible Russian terror on ordinary residential areas and the world hardly addresses it. It should be a permanent agenda item at the UN. But the UN has become toothless in this world.

@berdynskykh_k Slava Ukraini. 🇺🇦🇳🇱

@berdynskykh_k 💙💛 Hearts and Minds for Ukraine 🇺🇦  Utrecht 🇳🇱 Stay strong 💪

@berdynskykh_k A shock 3 years ago, indescribable injustice, misery for many people … Ukrainian intransigence. Ukraine wants peace with respect for its borders. But the world is changing… a friend can become an enemy… even after 80 years of friendly relations and shared values. Dissapointing

@berdynskykh_k A Happy, prosperous and healthy New Year to you. And may peace come in 2025.

@berdynskykh_k Good Morning 🇳🇱 and Merry Christmas 🎄 Stay strong 💪, safe and healthy 🇺🇦
