Posting this here for visibility, it's a bit insane that this issue is still not fixed after half a year. TL;DR: MCC matchmaking on the Microsoft Store does NOT work when playing solo.

I used to dream about what Guardian forest would be like, wondering if it was even real. I heard there was no real work on the levels. I was wrong. Seeing how much of it exists was like uncovering the Egyptian pyramids for me. I hope Halo Studios knows how important this is to us

Hey @Xbox, please consider bringing mod support to the Xbox version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Not only would Xbox console players benefit but so would the players using an Xbox-enabled device. This could be huge for Xbox, Halo, and the players. #BringHaloModsToXbox

Maybe about time we get more support on MCC for custom games browser mod support. So many talented mappers/modders are disincentivized from lack of discoverability for multiplayer content, mod support in CGB is key for a healthy, thriving player base. + #bringhalomodstoxbox

If Halo Studios wants to win over the players they need to give MCC proper support. Specifically, bring mod support to Xbox, fix lingering bugs, and support modding by enhancing the games to allow them to achieve things that aren't currently possible. #BringHaloModsToXbox
