The 50 students of IDEA offered bananas to the Warkaris and cleaned up the road, carefully segregating wet and dry waste, and collected plastic bottles separately before disposing everything responsibly in the garbage truck. Small actions create big impacts!
Meet Lekha, a mother of IDEA student. Her son's learning journey inspired her to attend online classes, and courageously appear for 12th board exam externally, after a 10-year gap in the education! She scored 74% and enrolled in a nursing course to continue her education.
As part of the vibrant Back to School initiative, a joyful Child-Parent Meet was held at the study centre. We displayed interactive learning materials used for Marathi and Mathematics. Parents looked at how we make learning fun and meaningful for their children
We are delighted to share that IDEA has completed an extensive due diligence process conducted by the Collaborative Philanthropy Foundation, New Delhi. Also received IMPACT EXCELLENCE AWARD from OneStage & Collaborative Philanthropy Foundation.
Our young resource persons (alumni of sponsorship program) delivered a series of informative presentations for the sponsored students. This included sessions on CPR – A Life-Saving Technique, the Use of AI in Different Sectors and a practical session on Using Keyboard Shortcuts

With a meager household income and three children to care for, Irfana struggled to make ends meet. She completed advanced tailoring and bag-making courses through Umang. Today, Irfana makes 10 different types of bags and earns Rs. 7,000 per month!
We take every opportunity to educate our children about protecting the environment. On the occasion of World Social Work Day, the teacher demonstrated how to make compost. The children had been working on it for the past two months, and now it will be used to nourish the trees.
36 home chef students from IDEA had the opportunity to visit @Conrad_Pune Hotel. The hotel staff warmly welcomed them and gave them an insightful tour of various departments, including the kitchen, hygiene unit, spa, gym, restaurants, and cleaning unit. Thank you @Conrad_Pune!
A Science Exhibition was held for students from 5th to 7th standard across all centres. Students showcased their innovative ideas and scientific understanding through working models. They also performed a skit emphasizing the importance of scientific thinking in everyday life.
