Are cheques/Auto debit honoured from OD Limit sanctioned which is lying unutilised in the Account. Are charges debited for OD account on annual basis apart from One time processing charges. Please reply on Priority.

My Salary A/C 08492321000029 is being levied with charges not applicable to the A/C-SMS,Debit Card Charges Cheque Leaves, Non-Maintainance of Minimum Avg Bal etc. Further Cheque has been returned unpaid for the reason"exceeds arrangement" despite OD limit was very much there.
