So @SouthernRailUK has failed me yet again. I booked tickets, received no reference email so couldn't collect my tickets, had to re buy them at a higher price and was CHARGED £13 for the call to customer service to fix the problem. I still can't get a refund. Instead of trying

@SimplyBeUK I'm at my wits end with your customer service. Or service in general. I've been trying to resolve an issue with you for over a week and just get pushed from pillar to post and promised a response, but never get anything. Your incompetence is ruining my life and credit

@YodelOnline this is not customer service. This is not caring that you have failed to deliver on two next day packages and that you have no intention of helping solve the issue. On top of that i've wasted my whole morning trying to talk to you. You make it near on impossible.

@Homebase_uk Trying to call your Brighton Store multiple times and no one answers. My mum ordered a tree to be delivered on Monday, they called and delayed until today and now cancelled delivery until tomorrow. We want a refund, this isn't good enough.
