@AlexanderEmpyre Last time I checked, USA is attending the tournament? Are you confusing something with another tournament?

We are very proud to have Scarlett on our team and currently she is involved in a very tough fight, it's going to be a long process for her and she needs all the support she can get, so please help if you can.

To be fair this is pretty much how most throws seem to me when someone tries to teach me "Okay, put your foot here, and your hand here, then just put three more hands here, here and here, bend forwards at the knees, pivot your skull widdershins, and down they go! Simple!"

Club founder, former captain, marshal, history expert and kind-hearted man, Brendan Griffin will be laid to rest tomorrow at 11.30 in his local church, we ask all of his friends around the world to pause and think of him. He will be greatly missed by all of us.

We are devastated to learn of the sudden death of founding member & our first Team Captain Brendan Griffin. Brendan was loved by all in our team & the sporting community, and was one of the hardest working marshals and secretaries in the sport. He will be sorely missed. Bear Bua

Vera’s very subtle way of pointing out I haven’t squeezed in her private lesson this week, Ibet that polishing is making the sound of a small sad violin. Nine months pregnant and I can count the days she has missed training on one finger. #warriorwoman #fencer #hema #pregancy

Finally some medical advice we can get on board with! Something for the crayon eater in your life #bohurt #medieval Seriously though, just stay home, don't go anywhere you don't have to go, people WILL die if we don't follow this advice

We have always been immensely proud of our #WomenInArmour, proud to train with them, fight them & support them every step of the way. In this gif we have Team #Ireland's top fighter, 4 time world champion Lara Serviolle, an inspiration to every one of us. #InternationalWomensDay
