@Liquid_Global @vid_app Do we need to have swapped the token to trade it on this exchange? I still have the token from prior to the KuCoin issue, and have not been able to swap since their online for is turned off and they don't answer inquiries.

@vid_app Is anyone going to respond to the VI swap issue? Want to swap my VI but your webpage and forms are turned off for the swap. Is this token dead now?

Hmm, still no response from VI about their swap. Looks like someone is trying to hide something

@JagSinghVid VI Swap The form VI Swap is no longer accepting responses. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think that this is a mistake. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

@vid_app I have sent several messages now trying to do your swap, but no response yet. The form on your site is closed and no update is available.

@boricuarx787 @DesignzEagle @vid_app @kucoincom I did get my VI out of KuCoin, but the swap page is closed vid.camera/swap and the swap form is disabled - whether your VI is on KuCoin or in your ERC20 wallet, it appears that it is no longer supported. I have messaged here several times and I have yet to get a response.

@oscar_guerra21 @vid_app @kucoincom Looks like we are loosing the VI we had in #KuCoin. They show they sent the VI to my ERC20 wallet but never showed up. Plus the form to do the swap on the VI site does not work. Messaged here 3x about the form but no response.

@JagSinghVid @kucoincom @lyu_johnny I sent my token from KuCoin to my wallet, and I want to do the swap. The form on the site does not work. Is there a better channel to communicate? This is my 3rd request for information here.

@KryptonoSuppor1 You are asking people to send you BTC to verify their account which you promise to send back to them once you receive it? Really?? Is it not bad enough that @KryptonoEx is not responding its customers, now you are trying to steal more money from people?👹

@KryptonoSuppor1 @KryptonoEx I emailed you but why are you asking me to email you at a yahoo address rather than relying to my tickets?

@KryptonoEx I sent in 2 requests on your help desk this week which were confirmed by your system, neither were answered. I have a withdraw that has been "in process" for days. What is going on?
