The service champion is not sharing me the exact status of my scooter, simply says that he need to ask the higher officials they are on leave for a week! I don't know what you people are doing. Even after 3 weeks there is no proper update on scooter repair? @bhash @OlaElectric

This is to mention Vignesh Balu (+91-6381512469) from Madurai. He had taken 12 days to create a job card. Vehicle was towed to Nagercoil service center on 25-03-24 and job card was made on 6-04-24. Still the work has not started but I need my scooter delivered by this saturday.

I don't know that you are looking at this @bhash. @OlaElectric your service is really stupid and your peoples are working really slower than tortoise 🐢 I need a call back immediately or else surely ill do what i say

If i didn't get a call back from the respective team in 1hour, I'm planing to toe my scooter out of service center and park it in the middle of the road and make it fire with petrol and make an awareness video of how OLA people works.. I'm totally depressed because of you people.

I really trust OLA a lot. But this is not a good sign from you peoples. Why you couldn't able to tell me the exact date when will my scooter get repaired. @bhash Sir could you please arrange me a spare scooter until i get my scooter in hand.

#OLA_ELECTRIC Hi Mr @bhash here is how your people works. Fault is identified its with the battery and the MCU on 25th march. why its getting late to change the Battery and MCU. Service center person says it will take 1 month to repair. So Kindly provide me spare scooter.

Still there is no proper update from the concern team regarding the scooter repair and the delivery date.. Please arrange me a spare scooter untill my scooter get serviced...! @OlaElectric @bhash

My OLA S1 is in service center on March 25th 2024 ticket:02651300 OLA Service team told battery and the MCU issue and It will take 1 month of time to repair. I don't know why it take 1 month to repair? Please arrange me a spare scooter till i get my scooter in hand. @OlaElectric
