CLOSED ISSUE-Remote Access-ConnectWise is reporting that remote access is functional.
OPEN ISSUE-Remote Access-There are intermittent issues with ConnectWise currently. Users may be unable to log into their accounts for remote access.
Due to recent weather events, a number of our partners have reached out to us to let us know there may be delays in service. This may also affect specific cloud-based line of business applications that your company uses as well. #weatheralert #OutageAlert
We are now able to receive calls again. Thank you for your patience while we worked with our vendor to get this resolved.
