なぜ、アフィリエイト収益が目標に達成しないのか。への対処法。 ・短編7.5万回長編2.5万回の再生回数が取れていない ・企画段階での数値分析の時間が取れていない&データ分析で見落としてるか優先順位が間違っている ・最初の3秒や動画の質の構成要素レベルに達しない ・動画編集の引き出しが少ない

タスクが渋滞しているへの対処法。 ・未来の需要予測&陳腐化率を予測して、それに合致した物を優先順位が高いものからやっていく ・なんか、ほんとに合ってるのか?と思ったときはChatGPTで未来の需要予測を徹底的にやる。頭に浮かんだ疑問をすべて質問する。 ・方向性が納得できるまでやる。
