🇬🇭 A GRANT, NOT A LOAN! GROWING OUR OWN RICE, SECURING OUR FUTURE! 🌾 Ghana’s drive towards rice self-sufficiency by 2028 has received an $18.8 million grant from the African Development Bank to support local rice production. This investment offers renewed hope for our farmers, new opportunities for job creation, stronger food security and reduced dependence on imported rice. Commendation to Hon. Eric Opoku and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for advancing this important national objective. LET’S PRODUCE MORE, EMPOWER OUR FARMERS, IMPORT LESS AND BUILD A FOOD-SECURE, SELF-RELIANT GHANA! 🇬🇭 #GhanaRice #RiceSelfSufficiency2028 #Agriculture #FoodSecurity #SupportGhanaianFarmers @LongLyf2
