It is so important to treat people kind.. You just never know where a person might land.. where they might end up. I remember how people used to treat me when I had a “little” blog. Same one’s now asking me to speak at their events etc. Honor humble beginnings too.

This season of life has been a roller coaster. Another lesson that I’ve been (re)learning in 4K is that you always have options. Don’t settle for an environment or opportunity where you aren’t valued. Be okay with vacating a situation that you don’t fit or doesn’t fit you.
This month, marks 2 years since I turned my old office into an AirBNB. I’m now a Superhost and have maintained an almost 5 star rating at 4.9! Some things I’ve done to consistently keep this rating is provide bicycles for the belt line and small touches like robes & flowers.

For my sister’s 30th Birthday, I got her 30 gifts. One of the gifts I gave her was a coffee table book I wrote with 30 Life Lessons. I also had an illustrator draw her in every outfit I gifted her and created an online art gallery; I had them professionally printed with frames.
I will be directing my first project in two weeks. I am so excited and nervous. I completed casting for my two actresses. And I couldn’t be more proud of myself.
There’s something about social media that divorced people from the concept of real life repercussions. I think it’s because things that are policed here aren’t a factor irl so, conversely, things that are universally inappropriate can feel appropriate online.
