@MoCA_GoI @flyspicejet My Delhi–Leh flight (SG 125) was cancelled, and I was not provided proper assistance with food, accommodation . I raised this issue on X and via DM, . Yet, after 4–5 days, no satisfactory response or resolution! Kindly intervene and take appropriate action.
Pathetic service by @flyspicejet! Delhi–Leh flight (8:55 AM) was delayed FOUR times before cancellation at 2:30 PM. No staff informed us; an employee appeared only after confrontation. Shameful mismanagement and utter disregard for passengers! I have video proof. @MoCA_GoI
