As promised, the lastest from #BMSChemistry and @BaranLabReads! A 5yr odyssey started by a question: is P(V) a better way to single isomer ASOs? Now we enable chimeras on a single simple platform. Amazing collaboration with @Ivarmcdonald, @KyleKnouse @Julien07 and many others!
In 2016, with @EastgateMartin and the @bmsnews team we set out to simplify the way Oligonucleotides therapeutics (OTs) are made. Access to a 3-10-3 LNA/DNA gapmer with 4 different P-linkages had pushed the limits of known chem. Today we report a solution: bit.ly/3a9FlV5
