Who cares about how the food tastes? You feel happy for a few minutes, and then the food stops tasting good. For me, food is just an annoying task to do. Otherwise, it's just a cheap dopamine and a waste of time.

"Drink more WATER" BUT you need to keep in mind that for example if you are fasting you don't need a tons of water. Drinking too much will cause lack of electrolytes, which will have a DRASTICAL impact on your mood. If your pee is light-yellow, it's perfectly.
