@vusimuz43034444 @ramalokot This confirms Sibiya was interfering with a case KZN police were already investigating. Typical conduct from the former DNC, now prisoner.

@sammy_samzen Now a whole Political Party is outraged by a police officer looking to root out corruption within a government department.

@vusimuz43034444 @donald34521 It was further confirmed today on the courts records. The DPP declined to prosecute because there was no case to answer. 🤷🏾‍♂️ sgt Ndlovu is as clean as a whistle.

@smallmatsogo @UNtlatywa The essence of July 6 allegations were Sibiya being a criminal in police uniform. His recent criminal charges exemplifies exactly this; an unethical officer with a propensity to commit crime.

@smallmatsogo @UNtlatywa If anything, this proves he lacks integrity and calls into question his fitness (or lack thereof) for the ranking he holds. An officer is expected to uphold the law, not violate it.

@vusimuz43034444 @LadyM1306 You can’t say it’s fake grape when his lawyer categorically admitted to him having intercourse with an intoxicated teen. Anyways, it’s for the court to make a determination. Resignation is not an option as he faces multiple DC hearings… his dismissal is imminent.

@vusimuz43034444 @LadyM1306 Even worse, Mr M being a close acquaintance says a lot about the company that surrounds the high ranking official. Furthermore, the fact that a teenager was allegedly graped by the official, speaks to his criminal conduct, which is not becoming of a deputy NatCom.

@vusimuz43034444 @donald34521 You’re clearly confused. The matter was finalised. It furthermore confirmed in today’s proceedings. You seem to be incoherently inclined towards Sibiya, are you perhaps one of his acquaintances?

@vusimuz43034444 @donald34521 Then you can’t say she solicited an extortion when that hasn’t been proven. Similarly, Sibiya can’t be said to be a R*pist when his matter is still ongoing.🤷🏾‍♂️
