Today's hot take: CSS resets are a mistake, and have cause far more accessibility nightmares than they've ever fixed browser weirdness. If everything looks like a <div> why would you ever use anything else?

I particularly like the requirement for less than 3 years of experience for a product that has been dead for much longer than 3 years. If this was a real job, I'd hope that the "flash experience" was just to help migrate away from flash.
