Metamerism is a phenomenon that occurs when two colors appear to match under one lighting condition, but not when the light changes. Metameric matches are quite common, especially in near neutral colors like grays, whites, and dark colors. Check out this great example:

We always get the coolest visitors passing through! Meet our newest customer - Roscoe! He and his pet human stopped by to see if we could match his brilliant plumage colors on our metal. He'd strike this pose if you asked to see his "big wings." We're basically bird-people now.👍
